Advantages

Flour of the required quality
Factory equipment allows conditioning products with required gluten, gluten deformation index, and falling number. Our flour is supplied to pizza restaurants, pastry shops, and bakeries.
Favourable delivery tariffs
Within the Altay territory the products are shipped by our own transport. There are 20 freight vehicles in our fleet. The products to the other regions are transported by rail and by sea.
Safe products
The products regularly undergo state certification and meets the requirements of GOST 26574-2017. Such parameters as fat acidity value, wetness, whiteness, degree of fineness, falling number, and gluten content are tested. Ash content is low, which proves good cleaning degree. The products are safe: pest infestation is not detected; toxic elements, including pesticides, mycotoxins as well as heavy metals (mercury, arsenic and cadmium) are not detected. The causative agents of potato disease are absent.
Triple product control system
Before processing we check the effectiveness of cleaning and moisturizing, compliance with the grain quality standards. During processing we monitor compliance with the duration of grain softening and grinding regimes in grinding mills. Then we carry out a complete organoleptic analysis: we check the degree of enrichment of grain-dunst products, the colour of flour, contamination and insufficient sowing of products in screen sizing. The products are stored under the required climatic conditions.
Different packaging options
Flour is packed in branded packages per 50, 25, 10, and 5-kg as well as 2-kg paper bags.
Controlled pricing
We control the entire production process from procurement of grain for seeding to the end products shipping to our clients in regions. It helps avoiding intermediaries, which means that the cost of our products is below than the average market one.

Thanks to its taste it is primarily suitable for upper class confectionary and pastry baking. It is used in yeast, puff and shortbread dough production.

Suitable for table and malt rye bread, biscuits and pancakes
This is one of three basic type of rye flour. Break flour preserves a lot of useful substances contained in rye.
Break flour contains more starch and less protein than in any other rye flour grades. It almost contains no gluten, so it's better to be mixed with wheat flour in certain ratios. It is considered dietary and is great for baking.
